Cancellation Before Work Begins

Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, provided the onboarding form has not been sent and no work has started.

Cancellation After Work Begins

If work has started, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work not yet completed. You will receive a detailed breakdown showing which services were delivered and what refund applies.

Non-Refundable Items

Completed and delivered work items (reports, content briefs, finished pages) are non-refundable as intellectual property has been transferred.
